Phi Academy is a company that sends their masters, trainers to teach Microblading tattooing and permanent makeup tattooing without work authorization on tourist visas, collecting large sums of money without paying our taxes, illegally teaching tattooing in hotel rooms with rugs on the floors without health board approvals ! Selling students banned by FDA Phibrows pigments (alert number 53-06), numbing agents of 18% which is not permitted in USA They set up classes in every US city in hotels gathering 10-35 people in one class, announcing to students about class whereabouts last minute - knowing it’s illegal to perform tattooing without health board approval, besides the fact that they don’t even have insurance to cover these illegal activities !
