Persian Acceptance Corp - Persian Auto Acceptance Corp Loan Shark Extraordinaire !!! Only out to victimize the consumer who's trying to rebuild their credit. Peabody, Massachusetts
This company is a Rip Off to the Tenth Degree. STAY AWAY from them.
#1 They LIE and Jim Peyser can never remember a conversation he had from one week to the next because the turn over in this small sphincter of a company changes monthly.
#2 They charge over inflated interest rates!! Try 25% interest!
#3 They refuse to send monthly statements so you never know how much goes to your principal and interest.
#4 They make up fictitious fees if you miss even one or two payments so they can try to repossess your vehicle.
#5 They charge a weekly late fee of $5.00 if your late on a payments. Even though the stupid contract states it's only a $3.00 fee accessed MONTHLY.
#6 Very rarely do they answer the phone most calls go to a voicemail. Then no one calls you back even if you do leave a message.
#7 Even though you ask to speak to a supervisior he's never available to speak to anyone.
#8 They never sent a copy of my loan contractor or a copy of my payments made to date til I reported them to the BBB, which has several consumer complaints against them.
#9 They don't know their a*s from a hole in the ground.
#10 The worst excuse for a finance company I've ever experienced! They need to be shut down for unethical business loan practices.
