I had a leak which I reported on 2/17/02 and was told that the work order would be sent in to the roofer and it takes a day or so to get all the calls out to schedule an appointment. It had rained, many units had leaks.
I called again on 2/18/02, 2/19/02, 2/21/02, 2/23/02, 2/27/02, 2/28/02, 3/1/02, 3/6/02. I went to the monthly meting on 3/6/02 and it had been cancelled.
I called again on 3/7/02 and Sandra Valentin finally answered and said she had been out of town and since a leaking roof was not deemed and emergency no one from her office called me back. Sandra also said that an approved work order was on file.
Sandra said I could call the roofer myself. I called him myself. I called an spoke to the roofer who came the following day and did repairs. I called Dan the follwoing day and he said that I also had Water Damage in the Master Bedroom Window and Master Bathroom Window. Dan said he could have it up to Par in a month or so.
Dan said to get approval from Sandra. On 4/9/02 I left Sandra a voice mail Thanking her for getting the roof repaired, but that I also still have water damage in the Master Bedroom and Dan needed her approval. I asked her to call me.
Sandra called and said she got my message and will speak to Dan about the other damage.
I called on 6/30/02 over two months later since I hadn't heard from Sandra, I left her a voice mail letting her know I would be on vacation and I wanted to know what was going on with my roof damage.
On 12/9/02 I sent Sandra Valentin Nieto an email telling her I had a leak right outside the kitchen window, what was happening with the roof damage in the Master Bedroom and other related items. I sent her another email on 12/24/02 since she never responded and I told her that I had just found termites in the Garage. I sent her another email 12/28/02
