I purchased an Electa product that ws broken in the box. I was not allowed to return it but was led into a wild goose chase of fake numbers and bad attitudes from employees. I am also filing with the BBB and the State Attorneys Office. I will thrash them every chance I get. I have also contacted NBC 10 to investigate your s**t process and store.
