penncredit corporation Collections scam Sent a letter to my wife demanding payment on a parking ticket Harrisburg Pennsylvania
PennCredit Corp. sent a scam collections letter to my wife demanding payment of $127 for a parking ticket froim Long Beach CA in 04/06/2017 with no citation number or car description.
Firstly, she does not drive or own a vehicle. They gave her 30 days to offer proof of nonownership. How about providing a citation number, VIN number, vehicle description and registration, time of day of the infractiion and street address of the infraction?
