I contacted TigerDirect while trying to contact PDP Systems. Tiger offered me $25 for the inconvienece PDP caused. Once I got ahold of a person at the PDP rebate center, all they asked for was the problem and then the date of purchase. They did not even ask for verification of my purchase date. It all felt very shady on their end. The rebate check did arrive all the same. I was very pleased with TigerDirect's willingness to shoulder the responsibility and make up for PDP's poor performance.
