I got their advertised Dell D630 Latitude (2009) laptop in August 2016. Pre-installed Windows 10. Then shipped to me. Used ok for several weeks. (abt 2 1/2).. Then on Oct 23, major issues. I spent the next 2 months troubleshooting, and talking to Dell, who pushe dme off. They wont help me. PC L might, but thoguh the issue was within the 90-day warranty period, and amidst my weeks and 20+ hrs of trying to solve the issue, I bet $10,000 they wont do the right thing here.

It's pretty weak to file a ripoff report because you have doubts that they'll help you. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company and their support team, you should have at least given them a chance to deny you help before complaining about it.
