RE: PCConnection/MacConnection Shipping Confirmation #41813792 complaint

Dear People----

I am filing a complaint on rip off report about Pcconection.com on an order number #41813792. I received the wrong harddrive as this is not what I

ordered but that I called them and they were just horrible on the phone with me that I immidiately called my back for a chargeback. I want to warn people not to due business with Pcconnections.com

Second, the price on my order as well is more expensive

than the competitors prices too. So besides a mistake I was really I was ripped off on what I ordered basis them

treating me horrible.

Look here:

Hitachi - DeskStar 750GB Internal Hard Drive

They charged me $297.00 and here is the same drive for $219.00

Even this drive, is cheap and it is bigger for $269.00 and is still cheaper than what I paid.

Second their customer service is so horrible to deal with too. I called and made a complaint about my order being wrong. I got someone who did not care and said tough, no returns or refunds. I mean how can someone be so rude for and to threat me with no respect as a customer.

I also viewed PCconnections.com on line and found internet blog complaints about PCconnection.com. So other people have made complaints about their orders from PC Connections.

For now I have this package that is the wrong package that was not what I ordered and two, it took them a long time to deliever it. I mean what was the hold up to deliver the package for but also to treat me horrible on

top of that.

I am extremely unhappy with PCconnections.com and that I trusted this company and I was taken advantage of.

So I had to call my back to get a chargeback as PCconnection.com won't take the item back nor will they accept a mistake or refund or trade the item, all no.

People beware of PCconnections.com. Don't bother with them as treated me horrible. Their customer service department is just not very friendly or understanding.

Save your money folks and don't get ripped off by PCconnections.com

If want a suggestion of good advice, bought something from Tigerdirect.com 2 weeks ago. They mailed me bad memory, I called them asap and they were concerned. Not a problem with them at all. I mean this is a fair company to do business with if they handle a problem with you.

With PCconnection.com that is not the case, so don't waste your money or time.

To PCconnections.com

I am making a change in my decision about PCconnections.com on my ripoff report I left about them and I want to say I apologize for making this report. While they are not perfect as businesses have problems as PCconnections.com did but nobody is perfect. I am not a fan of RR and wished I never used this site for making complaints on businesses. Since they do not allow authors to remove reports I am left leaving a sorry note to PCconnections.com. I was complaining over tha return and being over charged. I realize companies make mistakes and while this upset me at the time, I want to apologize and say I would do business with them again.

 

I am sorry I made this report, please accept my apologies as I had a change of heart and want to say I am sorry as much as I think they may feel the same way.
