PC Doctor Oncall ripoff fraud services not delivered! Valrico Florida
I purchased a 7 day software program from this company for $29.95, but when I went to download the product, NOTHING downloaded! I tried more than once!
No one answers the phone at the company... you get an answering machine! No one calls back! I sent an email describing my problem, and they simply gave me the same instructions, telling me to download the product! I ALREADY TRIED THAT! I don't think the product actually exists from the company in Florida!
I then realized, like a dumb****, that I had provided the company with my credit card number, CID number from the back of the card, and my billing information, along with other "security questions"!
Yikes! I went online and found that this company was actually an offshoot from a legitimate company housed in the United Kingdom! It appears that the "owner" of the company based in Flordia is in deep legal trouble with the "real" company in the U.K. and continues to get orders from people, like me, who think they are buying the legitimate product from the original PC Doctor company! I immediately cancelled the credit card!
