I was inticed to purchase a one week subscription of computer repair from PC Doctor as their trial analysis told me I had 181 problems with my computer.
I paid the money via atm card and downloaded their program. After using it , the program stated it fixed all the problems. I then tried to sign on to Ancestry.com, a paid subscription but I was told I had my cookies turned off. This was through the Aol browser. I checked and it was not turned off.
I decided to try the Netscape browser which allowed me to sign on but would not allow me to view certain documents because "I needed Mr. Sid" ( a viewer). Well, I had this viewer but I tried to download it again. It downloaded but I kept getting a message telling me I needed the program.
I sent PC Doctor a email and got this message

[email protected]I wrote to every email address above and have yet to get a response. I also called the number where a answering service told me that someone would get back to me.
It's been a couple of weeks now and my computer is still worse off than before.
