Paypal Inc and Tellus International Return Shipping on US (did not honor) San Jose California
Returned product 1/30/16, filed on 2/3/16 and program was in effect from October 2015 through the end of 2016. Tell us was very difficul to work with, ultimately denied my claim because they couldn't decide whether it was on the program that ended 1/33/16 or began 2/3/16 will avoid doing business with Paypal in the future. Very dissatisfied. Anyone considering using their return shipping on us program should expect a lot of hassles and not have a lot of faith of being reimbursed in the end.
