Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

PayPal froze my account a few days ago because I tried to pay for something with a gift card. They wanted to keep the money on the gift card - if I don't liquidate the gift card, the money stays with them.

They have also started to hold my money for up to 21 days claiming it is because of the sales history of my eBay account, although I have 100% positive feedback from approximately 42 people and I have been active on ebay for about a year.

Maybe they are satanists: They cause great misery for masses of people by freezing accounts when people are just trying to earn a little extra cash.

They are engaging in monopolistic behavior. Monopolies are illegal in the US to prevent this type of consumer abuse.

I have a plan to have the US Government recognize PayPal as a monopoly and mandate it's breakup in to several smaller independent companies that compete with each other. No competition = absolute power/corruption.

I have several other ideas on my website on how to end PayPal’s rein of misery. Please pay a visit and possibly make a donation so I can get started. My poster ID is my website.

Thank you.

Yes, I agreed that they could freeze my account and funds. But I did NOT agree that they could freeze account and funds as a pretext to harass me and collect information in cooperation with government for intelligence on me. I am highly intuitive and I always know when I am being lied to. The explanations they gave me for freezing my account were BS and they asked me ridiculous questions about two transactions for $6.95 that they have no reason to be curious about. Only the government has reason to be carious about those transactions as their are related to foreign hosting service I bought for my website to fight government corruption.

I did not agree that they could freeze my funds and lie to me in an attempt to collect information for government and/or persecute me for government. I am intuitive and I don’t tolerate this type of persecution. Moreover, I don’t even need to be intuitive in this case as my common scene tells me the same thing.

Perhaps I will be able to prove my logical deductions and hunches in court.

More still, it used to be very easy for anybody without extremely bad credit to get their own merchant account. I got a merchant account in the 90’s and I had bad credit. Had no luck doing this after 2000. Now, if you don’t have good credit it is almost impossible to get your own merchant account and you are virtually forced to use PayPal. I think they wanted it that way and that it became that way is a result of a conspiracy in which they are involved. A satanic conspiracy.

Thanks for telling me about all the auction sites. I’ll check them out. My primary motivation for wanting to replace PayPal as my anti corruptions sites are about to successfully acquire substantial donation amounts and I don’t want to put up with this when dealing with amounts over $10K. Do you have anymore wisdom to impart?

Thanks.

They are within their right to hold your funds and guess what. YOU gave them the permission. That's right when you signed up for the account you had to agree to THEIR terms and conditions. This includes the ability for them to hold your funds. This isn't "new", this policy has been in place for several years. Well before you joined.

But you can have it released sooner. You can either provide PayPal/Ebay with the tracking information including the Delivery Confirmation or if the sender marks it as received. It can be available as soon as 3 days after delivery. If you just sit on your *ss trying to find ways to bring them down instead of updating the shipping info then you get to wait the 21 days.

As for being a Monopoly..again sorry they are not a Monopoly. If you don't like them go over to places like Am***n, Et*y if you are selling more homemade goods, or newer sites such as Bo***za (think a Famous TV Western), Le* it *g.. All of which you can do without PayPal.
