Case Description: pay pa deleted us from there system and locked up account and held money un necessary also is scamming us
paypal closed our accounts down that we were raising funds to help children with autism and also pay other clients pay-pal froze our account and left us high and dry with no explanation other than i am noting your business model any more and they have scammed many others i want to file a law suit against them and there business model want our refund back for $15,000 in settlement
