Buyer claimed his service was not delivered on time when it wasn't even due yet. A contract that the buyer signed was provided to PayPal in addition to communication throughout the project. PayPal disregarded the contract and proof that the customer was wrong. PayPal has now blocked my account citing I will be sent to collections if I did not give the customer his money back. The work was performed however once the customer filed a complaint he would not communicate even after he realized he was incorrect on the delivery date.
