So, where do I start when it comes to Paycation Travel (Xstream Travel) One of my co workers introduced me to this opportunity a couple months back. It looked good, it sounded great. Compensation plan was extremely luring. I signed up, because I trusted my friend and saw this as a real opportunity for financial freedom. BIG MISTAKE. First off, you have to pay a $150 fee to start as a travel agent with paycation. Along with a monthly fee of $69.95 to keep your website running. (which looks like every other 30,000 travel agents in paycation website do ALL the same for EVERYONE) i worked my A* off to get people to join my paycation business, not a lot of people we're budging. My co worker that signed me up just kept saying" stay motivated you will become diamond bah bah bah.. About A month in , i got my first recruit. The commission? $50... Not only had I yet to receive my return of investment, but i had to keep paying the monthly fee! When you walk into the presentation they sell you a dream., that you can travel the world for a few hundred dollars and make ridiculous amounts of money in the process. WRONG. as far as they're discount program(wholesale travel) it was VERY misleading. they say you can spend a week in Mexico with 4 people for $100! but when u read the fine print, there is mandatory resort fees (Ex: $80 per person per day with a 3 person minimum limit) so really, your paying around the same as you would to go through priceline directly and book your travel. All the way around this company is rigged with lies to get you to pay that monthly fee. And only sooo few are making the big money at the top (Chad Thompson, David Mccovy, Michael Rivera, Frederick Howell, Spencer Iverson, Donald Bradley, and Mark Sterling) you will here these individuals names a lot if you join paycation, why? cause THEY are collecting all the money and act like they can teach you to do the same . but they can't and they wont , they just see you as another number that falls into they're HUGE downline of other thousands of travel agents, paying their monthly fees and making little to nothing as far as money. they're tactics are aggressive and luring to get you to join. I wouldn't recommend it, at all being that i was dedicated to paycation for almost 6months and only got 3 people.

First thing I see is the low amount of complaints so that tells me something about the company. It has a creative or strong manangement structure. Tonight I checked it out and alot don't add up for me. Some people are good at sales and some are not.

Constructively, the company should pay out commissions on time. This is how you keep people. It it is late or they don't get the compensation promised you lose the potential of making money and show them how. Trust is the name of the game.

I am a number 1 person Its not for me but the lack of complaints tells me they are doing something right or the model is working. I wish you all luck but buyer beware many companies don't deliver on a promised.

Maybe you can take what you learned and start and independent travel service without paycation.

Think about it.

I filed one with the FTC and filing one with the Texas attorney. I want all my money back. They offered me three months only. I did not sign up one person. Then the person that signed me up stopping helping me and I was barely two weeks in. It's a pyramid scam which is illegal, but they try to act like you're selling product to make money when booking those vacations is not much of anything.

The company is a great company, No company is Perfect. The opportunity that is offered with paycation is a real business , and you have to treat it like a real business, you Will get whatever you put into the business, how can you evaluate a company, If you only being with the company for a month. In a traditional business, some owners do not make a profit for seven years. If the complaint was working that hard, it would not take a month to bring in one consultant and than she complained about monthly fee, you can not run any business for overhead expense for less than a $100.00. Futhermore, if the complaint was educated on really to work the business, she would not be complaining about not making a profit. How can thousands of consultant in paycation is making money and she is not.
