Patrick J. Malloy Do not hire Patrick Malloy unless you want to be ripped off Pasadena California
Patrick J. Malloy is a "QDRO" attorney - he creates the specialized documents necessary to transfer investments between parties in a divorce. My almost-ex and I, going through an uncontested divorce, retained him in May 2014. As of late October 2014, he still has not completed his work for us and ignores our attempts to get him to respond.
If you search the Internet you will find at Yelp.com and other locations that he has done exactly the same thing with others, all apparently starting in 2014.
This is causing us material damage, in that I have to pay my pension planner a monthly fee to maintain the pension/investment fund until it can be liquidated and fully transferred to my almost-ex under our agreement. Additionally, we will now have to hire another QDRO attorney to finish the work, and of course we lost the fees we originally paid him until/unless we take him to court.
