On 01/09/10 I purchased a 2006 Suzuki Forenza sedan from a sales man name Keith Brown at Pars Car sales at morrow Ga. I am a woman who walked in with no idea that this car dealership was like this. I believed when he told me that the car is in perfect condition and he gave me his word that anything goes wrong to bring it back and all I will pay is a service charge of 10 dollars.
On 01/10/10, which was a Sunday, the didnot start and I called and all I got was voicemail. I had to go to work, so I called a personal mechanic to come to my house to see whats the problem and it was the battery. He gave me a jump and I drove the car to Auto Zone, and when they checked it was a bad battery and I purchased a new one, with an understanding that they will reimbrusted me the money back, since is just one day owning this car & I called them and it turned out that they were closed on Sundays.
I was aware of this. On Monday 01/11/10 I called and Keith Brown my sales person, told me to bring my receipt and they will refund me the money, when I got there he went to talk to someone and came back and said he was sorry, I should have bring the car back and they would have replace the battery.

Ok, I walked away with tears in my eyes, and wondering what the hell I did and where do I turn to with this situation.
I was promised to get a broken handle fixed, by Keith Brown the sales man, before I signed as is form...and he told me before witness that the service man Dwanne will fix the handle, when I called Dwanne, he told me, that Keith had no right to mislead me by having that done, because I purchase the car as is.
Meanwhile, its February 2010 and I havn't received paper works to get my tag. The temporary Tag expired on Feb 7th & March 3rd 2010, I still havn't recieved My permanent Tag from the state of GA. when I called Tammy at United Auto acceptance who incharge of tags, she claim that the title got lost and she was waiting on the aution to get it to her.
On March 1st, 2010, on my way to drop off my pickup check, the car start to hestitate on me, and the engine light came on. When I got to pars car it was after 6pm and the service area is closed and they told me to leave the car until the next day. I got a call from Theressa, stating that the car Throttle positioning Sensor is gone and it will cost me 135.00 plus tax for parts and labor.
I didnot go my home work on this place and it is not fear what they are doing to people that is desperate for a transportation. Where can someone like me turn to for help in this matter.

As of 03/04/10, I still havn't got a tag, and she told me that she just went yesterday and put my paper works in for the tag. I don't know what to do at this point, because I'm afraid that it will be more problem down the road with this car.
I need some help....please if someone know what to do in this matter, or if there is anyone else out there with similar problems with this dealership, lets get together and stop them from misleading and to do away with this "As I" and no warranty on these cars.
Please help me.....
Thank you.

I've recently purchased a vehicle from Pars Car Sales. Needless to say, I'm not very happy. I've tried, but to no avail, to contact them. All I want is for them to fix the car. Here it is 4 months later and nothing. I don't want the car to break down on me. I can't afford to get another one. I've contacted a lawyer and looking to file a case against them soon. If you would like to join me in my case against Pars Car Sales please email me @ (((REDACTED))). You most likely won't be able to get your money back - just want that to be know upfront. That way if you do it'll be a blessing. All I'm asking is that they fix my car.

On 03/04/10, I spoke to the Service Manager, who called me at about 5:30pm, and gaving me a new Quote up from the last quote Theressa gave me earlier that day. This new quote went up from 135.00 to 345.00. After I broke down on the phone to Dwyane, and told him, I can't afford to pay this kind of money for a car I just purchase on 01/09/10. I'm a single mother, trying to make ends meet and why they are doing this to me. He promised to go talk to upper management and will see what he can do to help me out.

He also said that Pars Car Sales, does have some problem in the past and they are trying to addressed them the best they can and the bring back the trust to the customers.

He indeed call me back as he promised and asked if I can manage to split that last amount. I asked, what if there are other things that happenning to this car, and at this time I seriously thinking of getting  some advice on what to do about this situation.Which prompt me now to ahead and get a car history on this car....I saw that it have 16 reports, but didnot as yet pay to get the details of these reports.

As I read from one person who in 2008 report Pars Car Sales to this very website, said that the Mileage on his 2000 Lincoln ls was adjusted. So I prayer that this is not the same for me. This car is a 2006 suzuki forenza with 62,567 mileage. I'm about to pay for a history report to see whats the 16 reports are on it, before I do anything else.

They with an emission, but I still don't know if that too was okay, cause the 2000 Lincoln ls customer said also that his emission was dated back to 06/27/2007.
On this 03/05/10, I just got the real Tag for the Car. And the reason is, the auction lost the title.

So this is just an update as to what is happening with this car. I will let you know if anything positive comes out of this and will keep updating as I see where this is going. The Service manager is going to inspect the car for me today 03/05/10, to let me know if he see any future problems where he can tell now, and I don't know if I should believe that they will do that and tell me the truth. At this time I don't know if I should just fight this and get my down payment back, or take a chance with this car....Very stressful situation to deal with.

But I'm taking the service manager word that he will turn my bad experience so far to a good one. Meanwhile, all consumers out there who looking to buy a used car, please do your homework on the dealership you may have in mind. Ask them for a history of the car. Which infact I did ask Mr Brown, my Sales guy there at Pars Car Sales, and he told me, I will have to pay for it. But he did promised me in front of two witnesses, that anything happen to the car, just bring it right back and it will be taken car of, with a service charge of only $10.00. And now the Service manager, is telling me something totally different. This experience is causing me so much stress and my daughter she is just 16 and have to witnessed that people and companies who promises to do good by the customers who putting food and a shelter and clothes on thier backs are not trustworthly.

I am watching PARS CAR SALES IN MORROW GA, TO SEE IF THEY WILL DO THE RIGHT THING WITH THIS CAR. Also, the service manager mentioned that after all the complaints, they finally decided to offer extended warranty on all thier vehicles, but unfortunately mind was purchased before they established that service to consumers. Well I purchased the car on 01/09/10, and I'm not sure exactly when they start offering this service.
