We provided parking spaces for Park Whiz in the parking lot of our Historical building. Within a short time one of their customers disassembled our electric gate motor, breaking the electric gate which cost $200 for emergency repair. Erica at Park Whiz refused to re-imburse us despite our CCTV tape evidence and witness statement. They also refused to provide their insurance carrier information preventing us from filing a claim. What's more, Park Wiz then deleted our listing with them! Apparently Park Whiz has no regard for their parking providers, taking no financial responsibility, and feeling no moral obligation, when a personal injury is committed.

Why do you think they have some oblgiation for the actions of someone who used their site? That would be like going after a ridesharing company because one of their passengers shoplifted in your store.
For that matter how do you know that it was one of their customers? What exactly was the purpose of someone to disassemble your electronic gate? Was the gate stuck that they couldn't get out?
I'm not saying that you can't be upset about what happened, but you are a bit misdirected. If you have a video and know who did it you should be filing a criminal complaint against that party. You can also go after them through the Civil Court process for any damages.
