Palmtree Investment and Management Group / Ben L Adams Benjamin Lee Adams Owner of several companies and a condominium that we signed a year lease and put a 1500.00 deposit on . The condo was dirty when we moved in we took before and after pictures , Ben Adams made an appointment with me to do the final walk through and sign off on the condo, at the last minute he claimed he had an emergency and couldn't come so he sent his Brother Kevin Adams to pick up the key.
I asked the brother to come in and inspect the condo and sign off on the walk thru , he refused and said he wasn't authorized to do that . Ben Adams stated that his brother could do the walk thru if he was comfortable doing that. obviously they have played this game before the brother told me to either give him the keys or pay the rent.
21 days have gone by , no deposit return . I made a demand for payment of the deposit 1500.00 with no response , Suing in small claims court. these folks are bad news stear clear ... your description ... Bakersfield Ca
