The owner of Sunshine Subscription Agency is Vincent Pitts. He is also the president of The National Field Selling Association. In the 09/2005 newsletter Mr. Pitts endorces Check Game Solutions and suggests that all members of this trade group use them. This trade group was notified by email, esentually putting them on notice that Check Game Solutions has not obtained licenses in most states. That not doing so is a criminal office in some states and puts their client's like Palmetto in Jeopardy because particular state licensing holds the client responsible to detirmine whether the agency is licensed. Failure to do so makes the client responsible for the actions of the agency. When you file the attorney general complaint include Palmetto and The National Field Selling Association. If needed I have a copy of the email sent putting them on notice.

Kathryn, You will find help if you search Rip Off under Check Game Solutions. In any case here is the deal. This company is owned by Catherine Key who also owns United Subscription Agency. You will find in Google that the Minnisota Attorney General has issued a cease and desist order against them for not having a collection agency license and making demands upon it citizens. You will also find that West Virginias Attorney General has recently sued for the same reason. He additionally is looking at going after other parties. Maryland requires for collection agencies to be licensed. Check Game Solutions is not. You can go to the Maryland Department of Labor and Licensing to check, I already did. You will notice that the application ask questions about prior suits, criminal activity etc. They also have to have a $5,000.00 bond on file. The purpose of the bond is generally 2 fold. 1 for use to pay penalties for consumer violations or 2 for surity to pay clients for fees owed to them. You should file a complaint with the attorney generals office.

I cant believe this! Not only was I scammed, but after I attempted, unsuccessfully, several times to contact the company to cancel my order and stopped payment on my check I have recieved a letter from Check Game Solutions INC, demanding I pay the bill for magazines I have yet to recieve. From what I read from others this place is not a legitimate company either but I'm nervous. They have my full name, address, phone number, and bank account number! That is dangerous! Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do? Obviously I do not want to pay for these magazines which I will probably never recieve, but now this may reflect negatively on my credit. This is unfair!
