Palace Premier Rude, disrespectful, idiots, Liars, Scam, Poor Customer Service Cancun Mexico
We have been members of Palace Resorts for a few years, due to some family issues we have been unable to use our free weeks as promised as when trying to make reservations we have been told that those dates dont work. Finaly found a date that would work for our family but had to cancel due to the death of a family member. When I called to cancel I was told that they would extend our free week to the end of this year by a David Delatores. I have been in contact with Palace several times since September to try booking these weeks only to get the run around by Sups Hector, Alex, and Joe in the Customer service Dept.
They never call back like they say, and when you call to try to reach them they are never available or ive been told oh im showing they have tried reaching you several times.. Really??? I have no such phone calls on my sell and I would be more then happy to provide records. When you call you have to give all your membership info over and over and its very tiring. I have spent $33,000 to date on this membership with only have used it once to go to Hawaii. Palace does not have a manger or even a head person for he membership program.
I would strongly suggest to NEVER even stay at a Palace Resort any where! All I want is what Ive been told and not be talked down too. Give me my money back if you are not going to allow me my time like promised. Its a scam and I would never do this again.
I will however go to another resort, and then drive to a Palace Location and let all the Vactioners there no, that these people are not who they say they are and not to waste their time or money with Palace. I do have other friends and family that are having the same issues.
