PAGE COMPUTER FALSE ADVERTISING AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGING Los Angeles California
When I received a Playstation Portable (PSP) "BUNDLE" from PAGE COMPUTER.COM, the product received was not what was advertised in their web site. the web site was advertising, in a picture and discriptions, a "BUNDLE" that included along w/ the PSP a hard case, disc covers, car charger and screen protectors. I received only the PSP w/ the regular adapters. I was missing items.
After several calls to PAGE COMPUTER.COM I was able to talk w/ a Sale Representative. I explained what had happen and I was informed that "I WAS CORRECT AND THAT THE MANUFACTURE MADED THE MISTAKE IN ITS PICTURE."
Page Computer ADMITTED there was a picture showing what I had mentioned above,... but it was SUBSEQUENTLY changed to what the web site shows now.
The Rep. further stated that they were "sorry about the mistake". THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH!!! I demanded the company made the mistake and still knowningly CHARGED me for something that I had not ordered. I wanted them to honor my order as it was ordered.
They stated that management was informed and they were not going to honor my order or request! WOW!!! HOW A BIG COMPANY CAN JUST ABUSE! WHERE'S THE GOODWILL HERE. I WAS CHEATED!!!
I was told by the Rep. nothing else could be done, in other words, the problem was mine!!!! They did inform me that I could return the product for a refund...WOW!!! I would be responsible for the shipping cost...again!!! I REFUSED!!!
PAGE COMPUTER falsely advertised their products and will sell you products w/o authorization. BE WARE!!!!!!!!!
