Complaint Review: Pacifica first National- Scot Radin beware of this Company - Culver City California

My husband and I rented this townhouse apt. in feb 2014, from the moment we moved in, the whole place had old pain, dirrty windows, bugs in the fridge, we asked them to clean it and they sent the maintainance guys wife to clean, 

we had to get our own company in, window washers etc.. that was the start, they claimed it was new piant but we saw the date on the pain and it was almost a year since itwas painted.

all the appliances in the next few months were breaking due to age and the fridge one night was broke,couldnt reach them @ night and had a company come ove and fix due to water spraying all over. they finally called on mondsy and stated tht we had to email to get the help.. ok, water all ovee the kitchen and we are supposed to email?

they never covered the service call, I should have known it was going to get much worse and it did.

 next , microwave above my stove breaks.. they send the same guy in for eveything.. he puts in a huge replacement above the stove. now I can even cook cause its so low and then that burns out, door melts, my pans melt. scot radin then states its my fault and in fact the microwave is not too low.. yes it is, I could hardly stir in my pots with large spoons, I had a 2 inch leeway, i was so frustrated, but it didnt stop there..

my husband goes into office, shows californina law, scot radin finally admits he was wrong, gives us credit and we got a counter microwave. this (((REDACTED))) man never admits hes wrong. always looking for a angle to beat the system, but that one issue he could not lie his way out of, the law is the law and he was caught.

now just a few months later.. strings start breaking from age and also they were too long and got tangled on the blinds in mostly every room , bedrooms, dining room, living room etc.

we call the company to speak to this (((REDACTED))) man scott radin, he sends somone to home, same maintainance guy, the guys states that there is a warranty and the strings looked flimsy and its not our fault they keep tangling and we are having issues with thrm, now at the same time, my husband points out that there is black water coming from the faucets in bathrooms and bathtubs, 

moisture and bad smells were coming from bathrooms with smell I have never smelled before, it never occured to me about the pipe that was broken under townhouse that tons of moisture was seeping into this home and my health could be @ rick, I was so consumed with this man basically not taking care of this place and without air conditioning, I was basically dealing with living in a mold pit with all other issues just mounting up.

 I did mold tests, eveeything came back positive the week we moved out, I had CT scans, blood works, all on record if anyone wants it emailed, we are in contact with a top attorney here in los angeles, conducted ERMI tests.. I have had my lungs affected, granules present, I can't breathe after 50 ft... I cough constantly, my autoimmune system has been affceted for life. my husband has video of the black water, broken pipe, people on our iphone attesting that that pipe was never fixed and this company doesnt care. On top of this which I have not even brought up to company till today cause this man was out of town and honesly couldnt care anyway, scot radin sends us back a portion of our security with a 850 taken out for 3 blinds in our bedroom.. he knew we only had a string broken, he ripped us off on that for noreson.. I am sick to my stomach over this, if you ever think about renting from this man and company BEWARE.. and please dont rent 21323 rambla vista if you have a child, baby or are not in good health already cause you will become vey sick even if you are a healthy human being, I was in perfect health before i lived here, I regret ever living there or dealing with this sleazy company and scot radin.
