EDitor's Comment: Rip-off Report Investigation: Primerica gets a POSITIVE RATING in customer support from Rip-off Report and is fulfilling its commitment to provide excellent customer service. Primerica pledges to resolve complaints and address representative issues. For a long time this EDitor had concerns about Primerica because of the number of Reports about them. For many months Rip-off Report was looking into the company, even before they contacted us to resolve any issues and mostly misunderstandings being posted by competitors. With over 100,000 representatives and 6 million clients, Primerica is bound to be the subject of a certain number of complaints about improper agent conduct, as well as product and administrative complaints.
Rip-Off's investigation found such complaints, but importantly also found that Primerica is committed to resolving such complaints quickly and doing everything possible to satisfy its clients. It also takes appropriate action against any of its representatives who are found to have conducted themselves improperly or unethically. Seems they have billing problems. Unable to contact. Already sent complaint to BBB in Hawaii as to what they did: They do not answer phone nor is the door open during normal business hours (they are 1 mile from where I am. Since I've been to roadrunner I have left numerous messages on phone. One time after letting the phone ring about 35 times I got some guy saying, "I'm angry at the computer please call back later" One person shoved paper note under door - still no response! When they tried to bill me on expired card they called me - asking why I've terminated..... BUT STILL GETTING BILLS What they did was, since my old Credit card expired on 12/00 when they went to charge me again in march (this is after numerous nasty letters to them about quit charging) They used my CC# with a guessed new expiration date (12/3) and Emptied my entire account one weekend of $1500 ALL WEB PURCHASES of about 12 different places!. I was lucky and discovered the scam Monday before any money was taken out. I'v e-mailed ( since POI won't answer phone ) accusing them of being thieves etc etc. - get nooooo response. Since I had no $$$ loss was told by bank that I no can prosecute & it's the bank's problem. Still oh so angry . These guys are computer gaming hacking thieves who use this so called ISP as a front to illegal operations or money laundering because no self respecting entity would act like this.
