Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Pacific Monarch gave me the option of working 20-25 hours a week, 26-31 hours a week, or 32+ hours a week. The hourly pay rate you received was determined by how many hours a week you worked. I of course made sure I was there at least 32 hours a week or more, but my check always had the mid-rate on it.

Also, they always made excuses why you didn't get bonuses you had earned. You had to keep on them about it or they would purposly forget to pay you.

Thirdly, They told me when I started that they encouraged you to invite not only leads you call and any friends, but also family members to their timeshare/contest opportunity seminars. So naturally I invited all of my family in the area to go and hear their timeshare presentation, and enter the drawing for one of four guaranteed prizes.

My Aunt and Uncle went through the entire 2 hour seminar and were even interested in purchasing a timeshare. When they reached the end of the seminar, where you are supposed to draw for a prize voucher, one of the seminar hosts asked my Aunt if she new anyone that worked for Pacific Monarch. She said "Yes, my niece. She invited us tonight". They made an embarassing scene and made her leave without her prize out the back door!

This was the last straw and the final reason I decided to leave this extremely unprofessional company.

If you have ANY unpaid wages, file a claim with the California Labor Commissioner Division of Industrial Relations

If they cheated you on your pay rate or they did not pay you every single dime earned, I strongly urge you to file a claim with the Labor Commissioner. You can even download the forms online at http://www.dir.ca.gov. Please note that they may also be required to pay penalties on unpaid wages, final wages paid past the legal deadline (they must pay you on the spot if you were terminated or gave notice and within 72 hours if you quit without notice). This site also has California Labor Code in full detail, but the section you would be concerned with starts at 200. Good luck. You obviously have ethics, so you will be just fine.
