If you write all this horrible stuff about a horrible guy like that - why didnt you just throw him out the first time it happened ?

When this sloppy dentist butchered my tteeth and insulted my intelligence == I had, weeks beforem broken my left arm in a motorcycle accident, and during the peiod of time in which he says I was "intoxicated"cocaine, meth, drugs, or whatever lies he thinks up -- , I was on prescription pain medicine for a FRACTURED BACK from a different accident that happened February 14th, 2012 -

this "man" has no leg to stand on - HE SENT ME A REFUND CHECK that bounced...

This individual walked in to our office right before Christmas of 2011. He was drunk and high when he walked in and begged for us to fix his teeth. He had a bad HMO insurance which we do did not accept. Generally, we refer such patients to their respective providers. After hearing him and his lies, DR. Hivand, out of the kindness of his heart and to cheer him up for the Holidays, decided to work on him. His exam and xrays were free of charge and we charged him $380 per crown- porcelain fuse to metal crwon which are one of the best in the market. We usually charge $795. He took advantage of out kindness and friendly atmosphere. He would come in High on drugs such as meth, cocaine, or weed, verbally abuse the female staff, ask them on dates, and give them grotesque porn videos of himself and others. On one occasion, he was so high on cocaine that we could not numb him to work on his teeth. Lidocaine will not work on individuals who have high dosages of cocaine or meth in their body. Dr. Hivand would let him sit until his high or drunkenness would wear off, then send him home. We should have call the police on him then. Andrew Harris was under Dr. Hivand's care for 5 months. In 5 months, he managed to grind his teeth so much so that his crowns on the front tooth would crack or chip- side effect of too much cocaine and meth. Dr. Hivand, after replacing his crowns twice with no charge, refused to replace them again and asked him to seek professional help about his addiction. Andrew Harris got mad and started to threaten Dr. Hivand, his money back "or else". The money Andrew Harris spent was to cover our lab costs and we did not make $ on this individual. We even tried to settle with him after 2 years and give back his initial deposit, but he got too smart for his own good and tried to extort more money for various reasons. Pacific Beach Dental refuses to be extorted. It was a heartfelt good deed to cheer him up for the Holidays. It went sour because of what Andrew chose to do. After nearly 2 years, he is still trying to extort us for $. He tried his case in court and Cal. Dental Board, but lost miserably. He is a bitter person, a drug addict, a sexual predator, and will be brough to justice very soon as we are building a case against him.
