As others have noted, this company sells used and/or stolen modems. When I called Comcast, they looked up the serial number and informed me that the device had been reported stolen and to send it back to the company immediately. I reached out to the company (nearly impossible since they will NOT provide any phone number that actually works), and they told me to send it back. I did not tell them about the stolen modem part but only that I wanted a refund. They refused to pay for shipping back and even went so far as to deny the modem arrived at their office. Luckily my credit card company, Comcast, and UPS all worked together and proved my case. The company sends me an email berating me for not following some cryptic method they send in a laughable set of instructions. Don't fall for this scam!!
