I placed an order for $300 worth of merchandise from their online store. As a result of my purchase, I was supposed to be awarded 3000 entries into a lottery for work equipment. The purchase was made solely as a means to enter the lottery. Unfortunately, I never received my purchase.
I had inquired via email about the status of my order. A rep said it has not been processed yet...that they are a small company... I requested a refund. It was denied. Suddenly I receive an email with a tracking number with delivery scheduled for September 13th 2021.
The 13th passed a week ago. Still I have not received my purchase. And the tracking has since stopped being updated. They have since stopped answering my emails and have no phone number. I've been ripped off by them and have learned that there are many others reporting the same thing on their Instagram profile (where they solicit participants for their lottery).
All negative complaints in the comments sections about people not receiving their orders are being deleted from their comments section on Instagram...as are my comments. This operation is carefully orchestrated and carried out scam the public out of their money.
They need to be shut down!
