Found a ring I wanted on line before Christmas. A great deal from Overstocksilver.com. They sent the wrong ring and after 5 contact calls (each time reassuring me they would make it right) It is now JUNE and I havent received the correct item nor the return package they promised. Today a sleepy sounding guy who answered the phone "Mike" said it would be a few more days till they have it in stock. VERY frustrating. CAn you believe my irrational patience!?! They are unprofessional and you should NOT do business with them. They are taking advantage of the likeness of their name to the reputable Overstock.com and sending whatever they have even if it's not what you ordered.
