Overstock.com ripoff Salt Lake Utah
Attempted to return $142.94 braclet which the clasp broke within two weeks, after returning for repair or refund braclet was returned with clasp link missing, again attempted to return item and shipped it back to overstock.com . After approx. 4 weeks I inquired as to the status and was told a credit would be issued, ( I have this in writing ) one week later I recieved the broken braclet in the mail with a copy of thier return policy. After I contacted customer service for the final time, I was simply blown off with the reply there is nothing we can do about it. This is my first experience with a dishonest internet company, they blatantly lie and don't do what they say they will. Also the quality of merchandise is poor. Please do not do business with these rip offs.
