Overstock.com Marketing fraud

Ordered Mothers day gift based on Overstocks guaranteed delivery.  Their marketing showed an online calender with dates indicating delivery for Mothers day.  Once my order was placed and confirmed the shipping details listed the Monday after Mothers day for delivery. Used online chat and agent agreed item was guaranteed for mothers day delivery.

Except from their world class customer service chat :(

Baker: Hi, my name is Baker. How may I help you?

Me: I ordered an item that said it would be here for mothers day.  the Fedex site states delivery on Monday  Please help

Needless to say after two more phone calls the order was not delivered by Mothers day and send back.  After three additional emails there was no acknowledgement of the guarantee nor any effort to correct their marketing and lack of service.  After doing some research this looks like another example of their dishonest marketing campaigns to boost sales with no concern for their customers

Last time I ever order from them too many other options.
