Overstock.com Bizrate After placing an order on Overstock.com and asking for feedback they offered magazine subsciptions for $2 each. I ordered 3 mgazines but the billed me for $2 each plus $177.66. When I called to complain and cancel the orders, they told me that they would refund the $177.66 to the debit account that was charged. The money was never refunded but the subsciptions were cancelled. plus the $2 e Internet
After my wife placed an order with Overstock.com, she was asked to provide feedback on the order process and was then offered magazine subscriptions at $2 each. She ordered three magazines and was billed for $2 each plus $177.66. After she called and complained, she was told that they would cancel the subscriptions and refund the $177.66 in 3 business days to the debit account charged. The disputed charge of $177.66 was not refunded as promised.
