Goods ordered on December 18th have never been received.

History: Order placed December 18th.

I sent an email on December 19th and received no reply.

I sent another email on December 20th received a reply asking for my contact information. I replied with:

Yes - you can call me at {phone # removed} I sent an email yesterday regarding an order that I placed over the weekend and received no reply. My questions were regarding the name on the delivery address and that I tried to enter a promocode (xmradio), but that it did not work. You can call me or reply to this email. Either way is fine with me.

I received no phone call, but an email response: "We will deduct the 10% off and look into this ASAP."

Tuesday, December 20, 2005 10:17 AM received email: "Due to a small problem with your system, tracking numbers were not being sent out previously. That problem is fixed now, and all customers receive their tracking number immediately as their package is shipped out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in the past." - I never received a tracking number.

Used email to request customer service Got a phone call back saying my order would arrive on December 24th. Requested a tracking number and was told I would receive one shortly.

Received a voice message on December 24rd stating that there were shipping problems, but my order should arrive on December 24th. That if it didn't arrive that I needed to email the customer service to tell them. It never arrived.

December 26th - Sent an email asking for a refund, received no reply.

December 27th - Used the website to request customer service 5 times, received no reply.

December 27th - Received the following email:

Dear Outlawsteakhouse.com Customer,

If you've had problem with our service in the past, as a part of our apology you are qualified for a free package of Sirloin Tips and Sirloin Burgers for yourself or someone else on us ($40 value including shipping). In order to get your free package, simply send an email to ([email protected]) and subject the email 'My Address'. In the email write your name, phone number and address where we can ship your package to.

Responded that I was only interested in a refund for good not received. As of now, I have heard nothing.

I filed a dispute with PayPal on December 27th. PayPal found in my favor and refunded my money on December 30th. I had tried a few more time to contact Outlawsteakhouse.com via their website and reply emails, but never received a response. Based on the "no contact" and suspicious canned email replies, I wonder if this place even exists at all. In addition to Rip-off Report.com, I have filed reports with the BBB in AZ and FL, and also with the FTC. If you want to order great steaks and other gourmet foods, stick to OmahaSteaks.com. I have used them many times and have always had GREAT products and even better customer service. OmahaSteaks costs a bit more, but if OutlawSteakhouse never deliver any products, they can post pretty much any price.
