Outdoors Tactical Have not received my order I placed Pembroke Pines Florida
On 12/8/2017 I placed an order for a triple barrel 3000 lumens 4 modes headlight for $49.95 plus shipping of $9.95 to total out $59.90 for a Christmas Present using a credit card. I recieved an order confirmation # 82089, stating Thank you for your purchase! Hi Debbie, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.
On 12/14/17, I called the 800 # provided and left a very detailed voice mail with my order #, name and phone #, no response!
On 12/15/17 I called 3 times left messages, emailed [email protected] that is provided, giving my order # asking when my item is going to be shipped and still no response.
I will be calling my credit card company to deny the charges and will never do business with them again, I urge others not to as well.
