I feel for you because I'm in a similar situation. However, you do have some recourse in Florida. Write a letter to the attention of Don Grant at: DACS Bureau of Entymology & Pest Control 1203 Governor's Circle Blvd, Suite 300 Tallahassee, FL 32301 and detail everything you've reported here. Mr. Grant will launch an investigation into what has been done to your house and will call the pest control company to task for their actions. If you have a guarranty/warranty (formerly known as bond) for subterranean termites which is all Termidor is good for, then they are liable for the repairs to your home. If the damage was caused by dry-wood termites but they *told* you the pests were subterraneans, they are liable as well. I hope this gives you a little hope.
