Complaint Review: Oregon State Bar - Tigard Oregon

Oregon’s legal system and Justice system is a mess.  I call it major corruption.  

Attorneys are protected and can do horrible things to their clients, and every attempt at a cover up will happen at the Oregon State Bar after filing a complaint.  This all is happening to me and I alerted the bar to this starting in January 2017 finally able to file my complaints in May 2017 because of my brain injury.  The OSB not a place for accountability and is a breeding ground for more corruption.  The Federal Government needs to come in and clean this place up.  Oregon’s government has ignored me for over 2.5 years now and today’s date is 1/5/18.  I was brain injured by assault on May 26, 2015 and the Bend police lied and falsified their reports because they mistakenly let my assailant go and covered up their mistakes instead of helping me.   There should be Federal Prosecutions to any accountability agency who covers up crimes.  The people involved in accountability and who try to cover up crimes should go to prison along with the criminal.

You will get no help from the Oregon Government, Judges, DOJ, or Police.  The news will ignore you too, until they are caught and they have no choice but to report. 

When any laws for State or Federal accountability to the laws are ignored this should become co-conspiracy and go directly to jail.  

Oregon needs a HUGE clean up by Federal help coming in from outside of Oregon, and to remove any Governor, Attorney General or Government official who ignores the citizens who need help from attorneys who have victimized and stolen a clients Justice and/or money, or any police that does unlawful things.   The Government Officials should go to jail for ignoring or covering up public corruption, crimes or unlawfulness.  

Did you know the Oregon Government sent me away stating nobody in Government regulates the Oregon State Bar, yet Government officials recommended I file my complainants here like I was going to get help.   The OSB is a big farce when many bar board members are protecting lawyers and bar board members.  

There should not be a maximum on the Client Security Fund when there are bar board members sitting on the Client Security Fund, stealing massive amounts of a client’s  money and their justice, and when the Bar Board is alerted to this attorney’s  massive Federal Tax Liens, eviction notices and bankruptcy, MOTIVE, but the attorney gets to stay on that bar board and finish out her term, gets protected by other bar board members, and all this was allowed to go on by the OSB CEO Helen Hierschbiel knowing and watching, and the Client Security Fund Board denied any dishonesty, Client Assistance office took 7 months to send recommended ”Diversion” to Disciplinary Counsel, but said that was mistakenly sent because it’s unethical for the Client Assistance Office to recommend any discipline to the Disciplinary Counsel.  The Bar Board has known for about 6 months about this attorney’s massive federal tax liens etc., and then suggested in writing her discipline, (which is a bar board ethics violation), and lied about accidentally sending it, tryin to cover this ethic’s violation up, when I accidentally got a copy, and this is where the client‘s complaints of dishonesty get denied by ”Diversion”, and the lawyer is suggested to have hand slapped (diversion recommended by the Client Assistance Office to Disciplinary counsel) and complaints dismissed.  When my justice was stolen, my savings stolen and this attorney is a “Client Security” Fund Board member at the OSB who knew better and has massive Federal Tax Liens, eviction notices, and a bankruptcy.   This attorney tried to portray me as crazy with psychological issues to the bar board before she knew I knew about her federal tax liens.  That shut her up, but I’m sure she still has the confidence she won’t go to jail because all of my serious and criminal complaints have been denied and minimized thus far in this State.  She used another bar board member(s)  to also deceive me and steal my money. Yeah, good plan now uncovered.   No arrests at all. 

Is this crazy?  An attorney stole by deceit $350,000.00 from me and my family by grossly over billing us in 17 months, to a point we couldn’t get to Justice in a court of law and had to stop paying her because she was deceiving us.  She delayed our trial 3 business days prior so completely unprepared asking for another $19,000.00.  We said, “NO”. And we are now being blamed that her deceit was somehow our fault, almost as if stating deceit and fraud are not real.   This attorney deceived us with other bar board members.  I needed to get to justice for this violent assault where I will never get that justice.   It’s been stolen from me.  

Clients are suppose to TRUST attorneys and their are many rules and laws, but they are covered up, at least mine have been thus far.   This attorney should go to jail very soon, but we shall see what the Oregon State Bar does next.   I’m sure I will be crying either decision they make.   The OSB has traumatized me more for their cover ups and denials to the attorneys who protected her and lied and deceived us.   This attorney also deceived us with expert witnesses (paying her friends, I believe) and even a retired Supreme Court Justice’s son was involved with this attorney to deceive us out of money.  Yep, Government/Justice corruption Cover up.  Yet, he made a choice of crime with this attorney but where are the laws to protect me?

I hired this attorney because years before the Oregon State Bar referred me to her to write some letters for me.   I went back to her after a violent unprotected physical assault where I was brain injured by the assault.  Sorry for any mistakes in my typing.  It’s from my brain injury.  This attorney, bar board member stole $350,000.00 from me in 17 months while I was suffering a brain injury, trying to get to justice from the Bend Police falsifying their reports, which is a crime, and believing my assailant and his mother for lying at the scene to protect her son from going to jail.  Of course, don’t all criminals lie?   The mother then corrected her lies the next day and the police withheld this evidence and would not correct their mistakes.   DPSST who licenses the police covered up all of this and denied both this complaint of the Bend Police  the complaint against the retired Supreme Court Justice’s son who is also licensed by the DPSST.  This attorney deceived us completely, with obviously evidence given to the board, and she has massive federal tax liens since 2005 to the Federal Government too. She lied about me, lied to me, threatened us, bullied us, had helpers in her deceit, drugged me, grossly over-charged me and not a single person in this State has helped us in 2.5 years.   Having to take this outside the State of Oregon because the cover ups are too much.  

My advice, do not ever trust the legal or justice system in Oregon, ever, until a HUGE overhaul is done here.  Citizens are getting traumatized, like me, injured emotionally and financially.   There is no protection for Oregon’s citizens from Government employees or from the Oregon State Bar and DPSST.  The Oregion State Bar has covered up my very serious complaints of crime and this attorney has not been arrested.   It’s been a year since first verbally telling the bar what this attorney did to me/our entire family.  Only attorneys, Government employees are protected in this State.  Department of Justice totally ignoring me.  Senator Wyden told me to call the Governor.  Haha.  Good one Senator Wyden. 

It’s not client assistance or Client Security at the Oregon State Bar, but it is Attorney Assistance and Attorney Security.  Stay as far away from the lawyers in Oregon as you can.   We have been deceived by many who were protecting the OSB and this attorney, and it’s sick like a plague at the OSB.  

Shame on you Oregon, my rights have been stolen and our savings too by crime and this makes my United State’s citizen’s rights completely denied.   You should all go to jail.
