I have told him I want him to take me to court so I can show a judge tons if rantings of a madman..go to my name under ripoff report and see how the rantings of a madman started..it was over a Trump meme he didnt like. of course I rebuttal him.

 Kathleen Rita Rejniak continues to cyberstalk and harass me online. She will be served with a civil restraining order the latter part of next week or just thereafter; it's being prepared presently and forthwith. We will be seeking reimbursement of attorneys fees and court costs.

Concurrently or briefly thereafter this filing we are proceeding with a Superior Court lawsuit in excess of $1m plus attorneys fees and court costs for libel, defamation, stalking, cyber staking, harassment, writing false reviews, slander. You have been warned year after year, sh'es too obtuse clearly to heed the warnings and cease and desist she's been provided.

Travis Krichmar and Brittney Krichmar, I'd think twice before engaging with the aforementioned lowlife who has been harassing me, I have not willingly spoken to her in over 26 years, she has zero knowledge of anything more than you do by using Google. My father, mother, brother, aunts and uncles along with many cousins have blocked and severed ties, she's mentally ill.

As far as you two are concerned, we have pending TWO small claims lawsuits against you, one for the money you owe us and one for defamation per se, plus court costs, you will be served shortly. I suggest you immediately cease and desist/ refrain from any further libelous statements or I will dismiss the small claims suit and reopen this case in superior court , have our attorney file a lis pendens against your home which I will own if you don't stop, sue you for libel, defamation seeking punitive and special damages for your erroneous and bold face lies and attorneys fees.

Your falsehoods are an indictment of who you both are, we have responded with and posted only facts, whereas you respond with outlandish false accusations and defamation . May I suggest you contact an attorney that specializes in Internet libel and defamation to comprehend what you just typed about my company, my employees and myself and what you stand to lose.

Statement after statement factually incorrect. Please bring Mike to court to answer questions from the judge. In addition to the rest of your preposterous FALSE claims, I do not answer phones nor email customers at any of my 4 businesses, we have two full time customer service agents answering phones for the pool and spa company.

Let me remind you

#1 you had ZERO complaints about our service.

#2 we told you as we tell everyone filter cleanings are performed twice per year minimum.

#3 your swimming pool was inundated with algae when we started service.

#4 your pool had no suction when we began service.

#5 you have a salt pool

#6 your salt pool had NO salt when we began service.

#7 how does a salt pool generate chlorine without salt?

#8 Mike authorized filter cleaning.

#9 Mike authorized salt, our poolman told Mike he had only two bags on the truck and would have to come back.

#10 Mike was present when salt was added.

#11 Door hangers are left on front doors as soon as the poolman arrives, not after hea leave.

#12 no additional notes would have been written since the homeowner or agent for the homeowner was present.

#13 Mike would ask voluminous questions weekly when the poolguy was servicing the pool and saw him weekly.

#14 Mike acting as your agent called the office several times asking questions and even approved a service call to see why the spa was draining.

#15 I asked Steve about your comment and he said, like the rest of your statements, you're full of it! We have had > 23,000 satisfied PAYING customers since 1996! We have >600 positive reviews in aggregate. You didn't pay your bill, we don't work for free, we summarily terminated your services. We told you we would exercise our rights under the law to sue/ lien/ send to collections.

You've already contradicted yourself online in your own reviews in addition to besmirching my good name. We have NEVER had a legitimate complaint, just people who don't pay, whom sue/win, lien and/ or sent to collections who DON'T PAY THEIR BILL!!!

It went from that to writing rip off report about me, I cant make this up..from there he went after my daughter..who hes never met. I call his writings of me rantings of a madman. Law enforcement told me they are aware of him because theyve been called by his poor neighbors. He boasts about how many people he sues and puts liens on.

He learned this from his mother who would sue employers she worked for. Never is he wrong, has a exaggerated opinion of himself x ten..everything he is he will turn it around to say the person, customer is. You can go to my name and read all about his rantings..nothing is off limits to this thing..cant bring myself to referring to him as a person.

  PLEASE EXPLAIN IN DETAIL HOW WE RIPPED YOU OFF, for even a penny?????????   Posts untrue false libelous defamatory statements claiming (we) "rips people off".  When infact it is YOU who ripped us off for almost $300 for pool services.  Your own online reviews contradict one another.  In one review you claim we DID cleaned your filter, then you claim we never cleaned your filter.  Which is it? 

 Mike your father in law was present and watched the poolman clean your filter!! Your pool was inundated with algae when we started, your father in law Mike was there each time the poolman performed the additional services and authorized them.  Authorized adding salt, authorized cleaning the filters, twice.  Called the office requesting additional repair calls, authorizing the additional charge over the phone. 

You "Brittany" Shanel Krichmar were told like we tell everyone when singing up for pool service that SALT is not included, FILTER CLEANING is not included.  Additional things that are not included are repairs, annual conditioner, painting your house, walking your dogs and washing your cars..  We are out money for serviced rendered so it is YOU that rips people off".   

You purport "they will become EXTREMELY upset and become verbally abusive."  You were told we are summarily terminating your services effective immediately, a lien will be filed and you will be sued", please explain to the readers how that's verbally abusive, just more defamatory libelous statements to justify ripping us off.  Infact you never even once complained about the quality of our service, your pool had ZERO salt when it's a salt pool with a salt generator.  You claim Steve said "its hard to get your approval when you're never home". 

Incorrect, there was always someone home, usually Mike!  We wouldn't seek approval for the twice annual filter cleaning as it's obligatory to pool maintenance, previously explained to you in ENGLISH, and if you've ever owned a pool, this is no surprise filter cleanings are required!!!  We never "attempted to contact you" because your father was present acting as your agent and these are routine.  Additionally you informed us it was a salt pool on your initial phone call, DUH!   You will be sued for the almost $300 you ripped us off for   You will be also now be sued for your libelous aforementioned defamatory statements.  See defamation per se  

Orange County Pool and Spa is an absolute joke of a company.  Over 23,000 SATISFIED PAYING CUSTOMERS since 1996!  We don't work for free and remember WE TERMINATED YOUR SERVICES not vice versa!!  Not a single person ever claiming we ripped them off, we have over 600 positiove reviews online in aggregate and only deadbeats besmirch us online, the same 200+ we have liened and sued successfully.     Not only do they lie and bully their customers they don't even clean your pool.  What did we lie about, we can document our statements, prove through your father in law Mike and our poolman services were rendered and your pool was inundated with algae.

  They cleaned the pool and the filter that same month we always paid them and never had an issue until they started billing us for services NEVER done NOR needed!  Which is it, did we clean the filter or didn't we?  Incorrect you never paid for it, a salt pool DEPLETE OF SALT REQUIRES SALT!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Never done, now we know who's the liar.  Nor needed, a salt pool doesn't need salt?  You're ignorance is staggering.  Nor needed, pool filters require a minimum twice year cleaning, per manufacturer recommendations, moreso when the pool is covered in algae

  They claimed they had to clean my filter YET AGAIN in March 2018 when it was just cleaned in January.  We didn't claim, we DID clean it a second time.  Wait, you just said we NEVER cleaned it, which one is it did we clean it in January or not?

    They CLAIMED "oh your pool was green" apparently were color blind cause it was never green.  Apparently you are.  There are many shades of algae, any pool will develop algae without weekly service.  Additionally, your "salt" pool had no salt and would have been impossible to generate chlorine without the aforementioned ADDING OF SALT, which you now claim we never did/  Ask Mike, he was told the pool needed salt, told the pool guy to add it.  The poolguy said he didn't have enough on his truck (only two bags) but would go to the pool-store to get it and come back. Which we have his statement and the receipt. for what YOU NEVER PAID FOR!!  "rips people off"

  When you ask them what the charges are for they will become EXTREMELY upset and become verbally abusive.  Now we are seeing who the joke is.  Our calls are recorded, we have multiple persons in the office that can refut your lies.  As mentioned previously to you, we have witnesses and documentation this never occurred.  Instead you were told your service was immediately TERMINATED for NON PAYMENT  "rips people off"

  This company will place door tags on your door after completion of service there is sections to add or check if they did more services  I thought we "didn't even clean your pool"?  Which one is it?  We showed up each and every single week and left door tags but didn't clean the pool??  The poolman as soon as he pulls up to the house places the door hanger on the front door then walks into the backyard cleans the pool, walks back and fourth to his truck to retrieve chemicals, tools, etc.  I'm sure Mike who was home and would come talk to the poolguy could clarify 

   ... NEVER were those checked on my tags  They wouldn't have been when the homeowner , occupant or agent for the homeowner was present when additional services were performed. 

  . They never even cleaned my filter nor did they ever even add salt!  You just said we DID clean it in January, which is is???  Also, easy enough to test the salinity of your water  

   When i asked Steve why these "additional" services were done without my approval.  He said "its hard to get your approval when you're never home" funny steve because you have my phone number as well as my email didn't think to use that??  Steve said, like the rest of your review,  you're full of it
