After inquiring  via phone and internet on 10-5-2014.  I was contacted by the above numbers

My report is identical to another one filed on ripoff report. Just names have been changed, numbers, but interestingly enough, our Confirmation Number is the same.

"After inquiring  via phone and internet on 10-3-2014.  I was contacted by the above numbers.
She said she was a broker (Antionette Neal)  and  had access to all insurance policys - nationwide.  But no individual policies were available right now…however she has a group plan of 40,000 via SIGNA MULTI PLAN PPO.    But i would have to apply to the group  as they only take certain people that are fairly healthy.  She thinks I might qualify.      Antoinette put me on hold and  sent in my information and was excited to tell me that they had accepted me into their group.    Only a few policies were available so I would have to join now or lose the opportunity.   When they reach a certain number, it is CLOSED for the year.  my insurance would have to begin on nov 24th instead of Jan 1.   they have a 30 day waiting period so I could begin using on Dec 24th—only a few days before my current insurance expired.

The Multi Plan uses  'repricing' and 'cash benefits'.   No co pays or deductible at all.  The repricing reduces every bill 70%.  The cash benefits apply on every bill.  This insurance is accepted by 83% of all doctors and medical facilities.   She walked me through the Multiplan online benefits  to show me that my doctor accepts multi plan.   This plan even includes dental.   Can use any dentist and get one annual free cleaning and then 60% off all dental procedured.  Even includes a 500,000 dollar life insurance policy at no charge.  For  online prescriptions she told me to go to 'pharmacychecker.com' which turns out to be a list of online providers.

I agreed to purchase this Signa Multi Plan PPO
Blanket Group Ins Plan --- underwriters:  Freedom Life
confirmation# CXL1442 to begin on nov 24, 2014
by Antionette Neal - corporate # 877 203 3021 ext 307    direct line  888-589 0026 ext 307
Supervisor Account Mgr - Nay Parker  888 589 0028  ext 502

She instructs me to call my insurance provider and request a certificate of credible coverage and fax to her at 877 711 9968

Then I rec'd confirmation of insurance via email from
OPTIMUM ONE HEALTH- Freedom
I tried to call my agent back and the number is no longer in service
The direct line had recording that mailbox was full.
Nay Parkers phone was a working number and she told me to just ignore this confirmation from OPTIMUM ONE HEALTH.   This is just the add on policy for dental, vision and hearing.

saw the ripoff reports and knew I had been scammed.
called OPTIMUM ONE to cancel and demand refund.
called my credit card company to alert them.   An amount of 407.55 was already pending as well as an additional charge of 60.00 from 'Total Health Access' called my insurance company to cancel the request for certificate of ins.

I wish I knew a way to help shut this company down.  What a shame this is going on!  And what a shame that they train these young people to pretend to be insurance agents and lie to them to get their hands on their credit card information and their social security number.

And how sad that people are falling for the scam and wont even know until they need to use it to discover that they have NO insurance at all for doctors, hospitals or prescriptions. "

Below is my report, changing the names and numbers and editing a few statements.

"He said he was a broker (Josh Anderson) and  had access to all insurance policies - nationwide. But no individual policies were available right now…however he has a group plan of 40,000 via MULTI PLAN PPO but I would have to apply to the group  as they only take certain people that are fairly healthy. I was told I was accepted into the group. I told him I wanted to wait until Dec. 31, 2014 before signing, he said the cost cannot be guaranteed. He said the effective date would be Dec. 28, 2014. I advised that I carry BlueCross now but will have to change by Dec. 31st because of Obamacare. He said they could do everything now. If I provided Certificate of Credible insurance, I would not have to wait 30 days to see a Doctor. I asked if I could use my doctor and Josh assured me that if I was using him with my current plan, then I would be able to use him on this "PPO" plan. By the way, this is NOT a PPO plan, but an indemnity payment plan. It is NOT health insurance.

The Multi Plan uses  'repricing' and 'cash benefits'.  No co pays or deductible at all. The repricing reduces every bill 70%. The cash benefits apply on every bill. This insurance is accepted by most doctors and medical facilities. This plan even includes dental and even includes life insurance policy at no charge. I would be getting a discount RX card so that I would pay zero for any and all prescriptions.

I agreed to purchase this unknown name Multi Plan PPO Blanket Group Ins Plan -underwriters:  Freedom Life confirmation# CXL1442 to begin on Dec 28, 2014 by Josh Anderson- direct line  855-262-0494 ext 701
"Supervisor Account Mgr - Nay Parker  888 589 0028  ext 502." I did not get Nay Parker's direct line #, was told she would call me. Interesting, I am in Texas and this reporter is elsewhere. Funny how our confirmation numbers are Identical!

He instructed me to call my insurance provider and request a certificate of credible coverage and fax to him at 877 711 9968. Interesting, same number as other reporter.

Then I rec'd confirmation of insurance via email from OPTIMUM ONE HEALTH-Freedom. I couldn't download any contracts, came up just symbols and what I call "gobbledygook." I called the number 855-252-0494, no option for extension, put on hold. I was not given Nay Parker's number and haven't heard from her.

I cannot believe I fell for this scam. I make it a point never to buy anything over the phone unless I made the call. I thought about it, googled the company name and found several BBB reports in Florida, Rip-off reports etc.
I saw the ripoff reports and knew I had been scammed. I called OPTIMUM ONE to cancel and demand refund. They assured me that a refund will be coming to my credit card within 5 days. They couldn't do anything about the RX card. I called the number for "Healthy Nationwide" at 855-252-1110. I was told my account has been cancelled. Interesting now, when people are calling back, they are not resisting. I will be calling my credit card company and making sure they get the refund.

I agree with this poster. "I wish I knew a way to help shut this company down.  What a shame this is going on!  And what a shame that they train these young people to pretend to be insurance agents and lie to them to get their hands on their credit card information and their social security number."
This company or companies need to be stopped!
