Opti-Golf, Brea, CA. Golf Club Testing ..Everything they say is a lie
This company states that they are testing golf club components for major manufactures. They assemble clubs supposedly to your specifications from a telephone interview. They send you the clubs after you give them a credit card number to cover the cost of the clubs in case you want to keep them or if they get lost: ($495.00)for three woods which I doubt cost them any more than $20.00 a club seeing as they are testing components for golf club manufactures and should not be paying for them.
They state, over the phone and in writing, that if you are not satisfied with the clubs after 60 days of using them and sending them an evaluation report you may return them for a full refund.
I complied with all their requirments and asked for a "return authorization number" and then they did not send me one.
I tried many times to contact them by phone and they would not talk to me. I discovered that they are using "knock off" components not components from major manufactures.
Everything they say, in writing and over the phone, is a lie. Anyone who contacts, or is contacted by Opti-Golf should be very careful.
