OpSec; likely made up of a bunch of mid 20’s – 30’s unprofessional flunky types sitting in their mom & dad’s basement in their underwear - spend all their time fervently surfing online auctions at night for what they think are easy ‘marks’ they can lie about to earn their illegitimate wage.  What this company does is find and lie about completely legal online auctions it discovers everywhere – just like they did on ours.  They then collect money from the original manufacturer of the item you own and were going to sell – to STOP YOU FROM SELLING IT.  That is called racketeering – organized crime (OpSec calls it “online price monitoring” on their own website.  http://www.opsecsecurity.com/brand-protection-solutions/online-price-monitoring

OpSec lies to control the price  of anyone’s paltry online auction because the person may be selling it at less than what the original manufacturer is selling a new item forIt is illegal price fixing and is a federal crime.  They plainly state on their website they are price fixers.  OpSec then illegally stops the auction with false claims of “infringement” because they told their client (usually a large profitable company) they would do this to the odd online auction, as it is “competition” for their PAYING client.

So they fabricate what is actually in people’s private online auctions as ‘infringing’ on their client’s product.  OpSec knows this is bull and illegal & they depend on the fact that most average people won’t argue with them or even have a clue as to what they are really up to and why.

OpSec actually claims they “connect whatever company they serve with their consumers".  Well ya’all did a hell of a job on that this time didn’t you OpSec?

OpSec’s first mistake is lying to companies and making promises they can’t keep.  They then find innocent consumers to harass anonymously (through sites like Ebay) and thus fill their quota by picking out auctions to lie about and end illegally and under fraudulent claims.  Finally they report back to their ‘easy mark of a client’ with a falsely filled “quota” & bilk them for BIG MONEYEasy ‘marks’, easy numbers, EASY PAYCHECK FOR THEM (OpSec).  Higher consumer prices and a big pain in the @ss for the rest of America.

OpSec’s crimes are lying, fraud, price fixing, conspiracy and interference with a legal free market .  OpSec is illegally lying to companies like Ebay, the Pampered Chef and so on, but these companies know what is up and do not care - they are just as guilty. They all hinder a free and ethical market place.  These people are nothing but marketplace sharks and scum skimming off the top from mom & pop America.

So if you ever had a perfectly legitimate and legal online auction ended for no reason at all, lost your time & listing fee and got some BS email stating you “were in violation” even though you know you weren’t….. OpSec or a company like them was likely behind it.  And behind them stood a dishonest or just plain stupid client like The Pampered Chef; willing to hurt you financially for basically no real profit.  OpSec and companies like them are the only winners in this little illegal ploy….. that until now – flew under the radar.

HI OPSEC!!!! WELCOME TO AMERICA WHERE CRIMINAL SCHEMES AND ILLEGAL SCHEMES & ACTIONS BY COMPANIES LIKE YOURS, ALWAYS EVENTUALLY COME TO LIGHT!  Now the world knows about you and your game.

PS.  Ebay is no better.  They have given the keys to companys like OpSec to end your legal online auction within only minutes of a fraudulent claim by OpSec.  Niether party contacts you with proof or an argument, there is no process – your auction just goes away, all big brother-like.  Ebay is just as criminal as OpSec.

OpSec: Federal crime---> racketeering + illegal & abusive price fixing: OpSec's website says it all.

The problem is they intentionally direct this fraud at completely legal online auctions for USED ITEMS, being sold by mom & pop America. It doesn't get any more criminal or corrupt than this.

Utterly shameful and completely UN-AMERICAN. Companies & people like this are the scum of the market place & free enterprise system America was built on.

OpSec is not ’fighting’ real counterfeiters or the like, they are making a quick buck by breaking Federal law, lying & committing internet fraud on a National level while victimizing innocent consumers selling the odd item in a legal online aution to support thier family.

So when you go to this company's website and see the all the logos of Big companies you buy products from daily - remember, those companies are just as guilty as OpSec & don't care how they treat you - the consumer.
