I ordered an accent table on their www.onewayfurniture.com, the picture showed a beautifully finished wood table. When I opened a box I saw a cheap very poorly finished or half finished table. It was just really very poor quality nothing like on the picture on their website. When I contacted one way furniture to return it,, I found out that not only do they charge 15% restocking fee but they also apply their shipping fee back to your credit card, So their marketing "free Shipping " is basically a LIE. And then you have to pay to ship it back to them. I have never came across such TERRIBLE customer Service.  If you go to Wayfair on Amazon on Overstock , they will never charge restocking fee or charge your card for their 'Free Shipping".

What Way furniture is doing is FALSE ADVERTISING. there are hundres of customers complaingn about the same thing.

Think twice before you buy from them. If you do not like the product you will loose a lot of money to return it. And remember their website has pictures of beautifly finished items, while in real life they are very poorly done products not worth a dime.

 Now I know you see the title of Burger and go WTF!! But I use this word to help explain to you that NO ITEM EVER looks as good as it does in a picture. They do touchups, photoshopping, staged shots. Hence why that burger looks just that good on TV or in a picture. Work has been done to make it look better.

A restock fee is NORMAL anymore as any purchase made online is pretty much sight unseen. Much like YOUR situation, the picture and product did not match your expectations. And yes they are going to charge YOU to ship it back to them. They have no proof OTHER then your word that you just dont like it, why should they take a hit a pay for YOUR issue to be shipped back? They dont know if youre just scamming them or if you have a actual problem. Most online companies now charge YOU to ship a product back.

So yes it kind of sucks for you. And not very plesant to have to deal with but its not a ripoff or a scam to charge you a restock fee and to have you pay for shipping. Its just the state of the world. If youre looking for someone to blame, look at EVERYONE around you. Each of their online actions and purchasing habits have ended up putting EVERYONE in this boat. In the future just dont shop online. Keep your purchasing to brick and mortar stores. That way there is no fee to ship it back.
