Sold us one fryer that has not worked since we purchased it new , and have called atleast 20 times with none ever being returned. I have built a website to try to raise awareness of there lack of customer service, thetruthaboutonefatfrog.com There u will find all the bad reviews for this company! I had to buy a new 800.00$ fryer from webstraunt because no one from fat fraud frog would return a phone call!
