Omega Office Supply - Interstate Distribution Center ripoff called about toner and sent us bill for $689.00 They said we would get 4 toners and we only got 1 Culver City California
Company called and said they knew we had our specific model machine and that we have ordered with them in the past and that it is time for our next toner order. They mentioned that we had ordered through them in the past and that the prices were going up. They said that we could get a discounted rate if we ordered a case of 4.
The price was 689.00. When we got the package and their was only 1 toner with the 700.00 bill. We called to see how to send it back and they gave us the run around. Luckily we didn't pay the bill yet! It's getting sent back ASAP! Don't let this happen to you!.
Never again use Omega Office Supply or Interstate Distribution Center.
