I applied for a Visa with Oltarsh because Oltarsh told us we would receive our visa in 1 month to 3 months, we pay in advance and wait.

After 3 months that we don't receive our visa we call the office and send email, and they start to tell us excuses and looking for more money. When we don't want to pay more money, they stop taking our calls or replying to our emails.

We have been fooled by the fake reviews Oltarsh publish online.

I wrote review on google and yellowpages, but Oltarsh was able to cancel the reviews I sent.

In the reviews I told about Oltarsh fake reviews, I sent also a link to a website where there were about 15 positive reviews for Oltarsh published all the same day. Now those reviews have been cancelled, but now I took screenshots of other Oltarsh fake reviews.

For example on yellowpages
http://www.yellowpages.com/new-york-ny/mip/oltarsh-associates-19112249#business-reviews
the last 3 reviews have been published on 10/16/2012 and 10/17/2012.

If you check the other reviews you can find that some times they publish a review almost every day. And now for over 5 months no more reviews?

If you check on Citysearch on a total on 11 reviews, there are 6 positive reviews about Oltarsh published all the same day.

FAKE COMPLAINT AGAINST OLTARSH AND ASSOCIATES

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, April 12, 2013

The complaint posted against Oltarsh & Associates, P.C. on March 28, 2013 is a fake complaint; it was summited by a firm that has had no relationship with us, and done solely to obtain money to clear the complaint. On the very same day it was posted, we received an email alerting us to it, and advising that if we pay them they could clear it. A day or two later Jennifer Oltarsh, the principal, received a phone call, also letting us know that we could pay them to clear it. This is extortion of sorts, although the ill has already been done.

The allegations themselves are blatantly false; for example, we would never tell a client a visa would be issued in 1 to 3 months, as that is clearly a made up time. Visas take different time to process, but three months is not a viable period.  We also have flat fees so we would not seek additional money under the circumstances set forth. Our firm has been practicing law in the Immigration field for over 45 years and it principals are dedicated to our clients and providing the best legal service at reasonable rates.

This complaint sullies our reputation, and was not done by an actual client but employing questionable means to raise money under false pretenses.
