The complaint posted against Oltarsh & Associates, P.C. on March 28, 2013 is a fake complaint; it was summited by a firm that has had no relationship with us, and done solely to obtain money to clear the complaint. On the very same day it was posted, we received an email alerting us to it, and advising that if we pay them they could clear it. A day or two later Jennifer Oltarsh, the principal, received a phone call, also letting us know that we could pay them to clear it. This is extortion of sorts, although the ill has already been done.
The allegations themselves are blatantly false; for example, we would never tell a client a visa would be issued in 1 to 3 months, as that is clearly a made up time. Visas take different time to process, but three months is not a viable period. We also have flat fees so we would not seek additional money under the circumstances set forth. Our firm has been practicing law in the Immigration field for over 45 years and it principals are dedicated to our clients and providing the best legal service at reasonable rates.
This complaint sullies our reputation, and was not done by an actual client but employing questionable means to raise money under false pretenses.
