OCWEN BANK --- THEY CASH YOUR PAYMENTS " ON PURPOSE" (to make late charges)
Dear Ocwen Mortgagee's,
I Live on Long Island,(N.Y.) and somehow I ended up with Ocwen because they bought out Delta Funding. This is when the fun began, my wife and I mail our payments more than a week in advance and lately Ocwen says they never recieved them or recieved them after the late charge date. I belive this company is bad , to say the least and I am going to the New York State Atty. Generals office to lodge a complaint against them the next time it happens. I found this web site and I can not belive all of these complaints about Ocwen. Go to your state attorney general's office and complain......please! I think we are doomed with these people!
