I too like many of you here, is a victim of the ( mortgage rapist) in this country.  We were raise and told from an early age, to study hard, so you can get a good job and you can obtain the American dream  I feel were just pawns in the machine.  I live in a beautiful community in AZ. Considering the things I witnessed when I was a kid in the Bronx. I consider myself very fortunate. 

I was able to raise my child in a great school district and hes somewhat a baseball prospect for college. Both I and my wife are hardworking Americans.   Here we goWhen Id closed on my home; we were told that we could Refi in 3 years. Well, we all know how this turned out. Underwater is an understatement. We knew we had to do something and so, wed called Litton to do a Modification. After many calls, loss docs, wrong docs, outdated financials, Profit & lost statements. Theyd
actually put me on a three month trial period to just deny me after my on time payments.

They never told me why until I attempted to get another Mod. (Keep in mind, my financial situation is getting worse but surviving. My industry is feeling the pinch.)  This was all in the Hardship letter. Surprise! Your loan has been transferred to Ocwen. Let fun begin. I read all the message boards and rip off reports on Litton.Childs play compare to Ocwen. These guys come off like theyre here for you and not to worry. We help those who are facing hardship and we have many ways to help you well, great! I can now sleep tonight. I told my wife, I think theyre going to help us and theres hope for us. Boy, was I wrong. This time, I was smarter this time around entering into negotiations with them. 

In my first call, I notified them that all calls are being recorded for possible future legal action if so needed. Theyd knowledge my statement.  They gave an offer for a mod and it sounded too good to be true. Mr. sheep..  yes Mr. Ocwen. It will take us 30 days to review your docs and dont worry.  Everything I see in front of me looks pretty good to get a Modification. Awesome! This is good news and thank you so much. 30 days go by and I was able to pay one more payment one day before my grace period ended. I get a message via (Ocwens website)  the next day after paying them online. Your
Modification in under review for 30 days. Please dont call us, bla, bla..

Something Smells in West Palm Beach. They contacted me and told me that I was making, according to my financials, $9000 a month. Nope, not me. If I was making that amount,  I wouldnt be on the phone talking to you. This is where the deaf comes in. I told them I was a contract worker and that you made a mistake in your additions. Wow, he actually agreed and would resubmit the numbers again. Wrong. I was now rejected because Ive never been late on my payments. Well, duh.DIDNT YOU READ MY HARDSHIP LETTER?

Now they want me to verify my 1099 income. I get cash at times and I do claim it on my taxes. Hard to do sometimes. I thought the form 4506t or 4605t, whatever it is, was use for that reason. They would not hear it. Now they told me that I make $10300 a month. Really! Where in the hell did you come up with those figures?  I had to explain to them again that youre multiplying  the last two paystubs by 52 weeks. Hello, Im a contract worker and my income is a variable. I thought the average IQ in India was 120. Ah, it is, but theyre playing games. I have nothing against the folks in Indian.  Heck, I can even
understand them for the most part. They have a job to do and theyre scripted. I have to protect my family. I know Im ranting. This is what Ive learned.  You should find a good lawyer and stop trying to outsmart  these A holes. If you do have a job but youre having a rough time and you pay your bills on time like me. The only thing you need to worry about is Deficiency Liabilities. Yes! Your credit will be hit but its the lessor of the two evils and with discipline,  youll be cash rich again and your credit will get better too. Be careful with short sales. They can come after you for the balance but there is a way to enter language in the contract to avoid it. The only reason to do a short sale is to not have such a big impact on your credit report.  Thats it. Also, 55% of homeowners who do get a modification end up foreclosing. Why!  Its all designed to maximize the investor, not us. Remove your emotional attachment to your home,( It was hard for me to do) and think of it as a business move.  Youll sleep better.  DONT LIE TO YOURSELF AND BELIEVE THEY WANT TO HELP US. THEY DONT. Theyre just a glorified (Buy here, Pay here) car lot.

WOW!! Is all I can say: Read these Ripoff Reports and Ocwen a company that  was chosen along with Freddie Mac to help American homeowners in financial distress and what to de we get in return??
A calling center in India,we are all at the mercy of these banks and it is getting worse,In my situation I am partly to blame,I panicked when my loan at Security Atlantic switched to Litton and,Security Atlantic sent me notice that my loan was being transferred to Litton,they sent a form
that 1237 escrow was being transferred to Litton.

My financial situation became worse due to chnage in employmnet,death and illness in family,I never was credited that escrow,Litton was going to try and lower my rate but I was advised could not do at this time, paymnets were not applied or posted and I received the foreclosure summons in the mail.

I did try and challenge the foreclosure I answered within 45 days and had to go to court,Litton answered my challenge, basically stating my answers were frivolous ,the court session was done telephonically and Littons attorney wanted an answer from their challenge.

I answered Littons challenge but unfortunately the judge ruled in Litttons favor and a summary judgemnet was issued in Littons favor, I was very afraid and wanted to keep my home.
DeMarco rei sent literature with photos of individuals  homes they had saved.
Eric and Saul a  loan officer came to me home, I was hesitant regarding the lease buy back but was told with all the equity in home and the cash out they would give, It was just like owning the property. Eric urged me to accept ,he mentioned any day a yellow sticker would be placed on my door.
I was also given a form from Nu-credit solutions allowing an appraisal on the property.This was in October of 2007, the closing took place in 2008.
The closing was a nightmare the entire agreemnet had changed; The rent went from 2000 to 2900,
the cash out had changed,I was not going to sign but Kristen,the notary made a confernce call to DeMarco office and Eric said 'taxes went up in your city,you will be compensated, it will be like owning your own home and we have the resrves for you.

Saul,the loan officer was compalining of a headache,Kristen,the notary,notarized nothing, Saul was fired the same day for questining the drastic changes.
The days following I recived calls from the wage & Hour bureau,advisng I was being taped and questioning if Saul took me to the closing.
I was asked to perjur myself by Eric Havkin, if I did this I would get a better cash out, of course I did not.

I paid the 2900 as long as i could,when  I  asked for my reserves Eric said if you would have just said "I took you to the closing".
By now I contacted the FBI,the attorney General,the banking commission,I was told I shoul have not paid the rent, I would need that money,It was too late.

Demarco was sending out eviction notices to all the homeowners involved, for the exception of 17,000 the 150,000 cash out went to DeMarco,real esate Investors. From the 150,000 Demarco kept for the exception of about 30,000 that went to the straw buyer.

Demarco was living life to the fullest,not paying employees, buying cars,partying,all while money was robbed from banks and former homeowners.
After years of investigating and many RipOff Reports the FBI has caught DeMarco, The Government has put Temporary injunctions on the properties.

Unfortunately we are now the defendants and since my  starw buyers Filed Bankruptcy, looks like I am out of luck,the home is already on th einternet for hald of what it was sold for. I paid 2900 rent and 150,000 was stolen and now they want me out.

I worked 30 years ,put a downpayment of 30% and this is called Justice,I was told to fond a broker,Ocwen is no bank.
So this is what happens when you try to do the right thing??? What am I suppose to do,I am back in school,paying tuition myself.

A broker won't help,I am working part time,had I known Demarco was going to keep the money and run I would ahve saved that 17,000.
So tahnk you Government for holding these homes for the bank,we got screwed,the straw buyers were paid off, this is the new " American Dream".

I was told to find a broker qiuick: Are there any brokers who can help me: I am working part time but if you can give me a laon I will pay you back,I apid a crook and investors took my money.
I will pay you back and I am back in school so I will be getting a better job.

Plese someone help me; I do not want to be evicted after my home was scammed from me.

Yes this is how Newco WORKS: Who cares about the unfortuante poor slob who was stupid enough to pay and give their home away.

Yes This is America!!! Where a calling center in India makes decisions on our homes,where an investor can file Bankruptcy on a home he never lived in. Where a scam can take place in a Title Company ,where documents are left unsigned.
Yes,this is  what is all about "Screw the American People" I am bitter yes,devastated that we are being pushed aside and looked upon as defendants.
Once again I need a broker to save my home,I am back in school and have resumes to many different jobs.

Any legitiamte Brokers who can help me so I don't lose this house would it  be so greatly appreciated,I will pay you back ,I paid a crook ,so if possible can someone plese help me????

A defendant that was once a plaintiff,bacause I was scammed. Good luck to all of you,I hope your problems get resolved along with mine.
God Bless,I am praying for all of us.  I am sick to my stomach and I don't know where to go next.
