Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

To whomever it may concern,

I have had a horrible time with multiple loan companies. I first bought my house in 2004 through Countrywide. I thought everything would be easy and as long as I made the payments I would never have a problem. This quickly ended as Countrywide was charging people 15$ a month extra on top of your loan but never added it to your loan. It just piled up till it was out of hand. Now CW was taken to court for this and loss the case and paid out money to millions of people. Not to long after that Bank of America bought out CW and would not allow me to make a payment. In the background they had been working with Litton loan servicing to sell them a bunch of loans. By time I made a payment to Litton it was 3 months later because I did not know they were the people that would eventually take over my loan. So i recieved ACT 91 notices while trying to make payments the whole time. Well needless to say I finally got everything straightened out and started making payments. I then recieved another ACT 91 notice that said I was charged 1500$ for lawyer fees which are still on my loan today with Ocwen. Both BoA and Litton were sued as part of a Class action lawsuit in which the lawyer fees were ruled illegal. I was then sold to Ocwen right before I knew anything of this.

Upon arrival at Ocwen I recieved a property ins. fee of 292$ for being behind but I could not make a payment yet again to Litton because they were no longer accepting payments. I called them up furious demanding an explanation and was then told all of the information is being sent to me. From the front I had to come up with 500$ just to settle all of the transfer fees and payments behind. Well I recieved another Property ins. Fee later the next year for another 292$. I vowed that day I will monitor my loan and not let things like this happen. Since then I have made payments while still loooking at that 1500$ that is sitting on my Loan because of Litton/BoA.

Well inspecting the website just recently I noticed under Fees that a Property evaluation fee can only go "up to 45$". So immediately i became irritated again and called them the next day demanding an explanation. The guy on the phone said they do not have the answer as to why I was charged 292$ twice but insured me they waived one of the fees. I don't remember seeing this fee waived. Anyway he told me any questions I have need to be submitted via fax to their research department and from there they will contact me in writing about their results. Now I thought this has to be the only company that doesn't actually have anyone to talk to about this. They still handle stuff like its 1990 with their fax machines.

That is almost 9 years of crap I have had to put up with on this loan between 4 different companies and I feel that this has got out of hand and needs to be corrected someway or somehow. My plans are to ask for the removal of all the fees and to explain how this 292$ was charged and not the "up to 45$". Hopefully I can get somewhere on this subject but after reading all of these issues with Ocwen I just want to get away from them period.

Thanks for listening and I hope this also would help with any future problems with any loan company.
