Ocwen loan servicing llc I am being overcharged in interest payment 426.29 a month, 11cent goes toward the principle @ a 9% rate west palm beach Florida
I refinance my Mortage back in 2000 with a Saxon Mortage and several years later they sold it to Ocwen .At the time my balance was 39,000,Ocwen kelp taking my payment up every year something they would explain to me why. which I didn't understand,I later had to file Bankfuptcy to keep my house Which was a four year wage earner that Estimated to be 24,000 dollar.I know the interest was waived for those four years at a 10.6 %, when that money was applied to my loan, most of it went toward the interest. the balance was 32,000,There also was a Class action suit on this company in 2010 I believe a Attorney contacted me about this,I wasn't going to even consider this but the lawyer kept calling me. so anyway I was able to get 10.000 dollar from them, well I got 5,000 the Lawyer got half.In 2012 I got them to do loan Modification This company is charging me to much interest with that Mod the rate went to 9% I just cant see how 426.29 with a 9% interested be 11 cent toward the principal and it never the same sometime 5 cent 10 cent etc.its a fixed rate loan the maturity date is 2031, found this house for 15,000 fixed it up fell into some hardship and now when im finish with This house thru Ocwen who I strongly believe is riffing me off in interest and different fees I no nothing about I would be spending a millions on a 15,000 house.
