i have been fighting with this company for the past two years ever since they took over for tb&w. mine is the same story of fraud and forclosure. the attorney generals office in fl. told me this is a civil problem and that i should find an attorney. no help there? i have spent thousands on attorneys fees they even ignore my attorneys letters. there tactices are well planned they are not mistakes. i whould like share some web sites where i have found information that may be of some help. knowledge is power.1st one ((((ROR redacted))) top left [how they steal your home]. 2nd same page left side [foreclosure defense handbook] down load for free lots of information. 3rd kweku hanson v ocwen federal bank us distrct connecticut. 4th bellistri v ocwen missouri. i hope this information helps someone out there. someone in the fed. gov. will have to open there eyes eventualy keep the good fight.
