Ocwen FSB - Equity Advancer - SAME COMPANY should be closed!! Someone Help *REBUTTAL Ocwen Bank responds
I joined the equity advancer...i didnt know it was the same company...every other week the money was taken from our account but yet we received a letter saying they were foreclosing??
When i called they said they had not received a payment in three months! We then called that branch! they told me oh yea we are holding three months payments that have not been posted but they are still going to charge me 600.00 for late fees?
If anyone knows what i can do ...Please let me know

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Ocwen Their relationship to the company: Advocate Rebuttal: The equity advancer is a third party company called "Aegis" they draft you account twice a month then they send the pmt to us when is due. Before you receive any letter of foreclouse we will call you every week plus we send you billing statements and late notices. If your account went into foreclouse means that you never response within 90 days. If in fact it was our fault a supervisor can request to wave any late charges and fix the credit report. Also other way is to send (to make it legal) a written dispute to us......
